What is SPC Vinyl Flooring?

SPC stands for Stone Polymer (Plastic) Composite and is made up of the following main ingredients:
Limestone (Calcium Carbonate) , PVC Resin Powder, DOTP (Plasticizers), and Stabilisers

SPC Vinyl is a unique composition of materials formed to provide a ridged core that is strong, with a long-lasting wear layer with added UV protection; vinyl flooring is now made to last and withstand the daily use in homes and commercial applications.

The décor film layer is what provides the board with the unique colour, grain pattern and visual depth for each exclusive colour. The final finish is an embossed wood grain texture on the top surface. On the underside a pre-applied underlay backing allows for cushioning, acoustic performance, and quicker installation. The luxurious underfoot feel of solid natural wood flooring, but without the maintenance worries, is achieved by combining all these elements into a single product.
